Arts For The Parks recognizes the trust you place in us when you enter our competitions and provide personal information. We have established a Privacy Policy to protect that information.
The Arts For The Parks websites and blogs were developed to serve as a tool for the benefit of artists to display and promote their artwork, support our beneficiaries, inform users about issues facing the nation’s parks and publicize our work to protect those parks. We provide the means for artists and the general public to assist our beneficiaries in taking action to protect parks for future generations.
When you choose to make an Online Entry to Arts For The Parks, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address and credit card information. Arts For The Parks has taken appropriate steps to encrypt your credit card information and protect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your financial information to others. Some of your personal information is made available to the public but only for the purpose of promoting your artwork in our contests. This information consists of your name and your artwork image (in conjunction with our Copyright Agreement). We make our donor list available to organizations we think are interesting on a selective basis. If donors prefer that their name be omitted from this list, please contact us.
